Frequent and severe vomiting can cause some damage to the body, such as water and electrolyte disorders, malnutrition, and esophageal and gastric injury. We have established a stable model of cisplatin-induced emesis and a model of GLP-1RA-induced emesis, which are suitable for the study of drugs with preclinical emesis and the evaluation of new drugs.
